CrazyTime.net.in is an information site about Crazy Time. This page explains what we learn when you visit or write to us, why, how long we keep it and how to ask us to see, correct or delete it.
In short:
- No account, no name. There is nothing to sign up for: no login, no deposit form and no payment, so we do not know who you are unless you write to us. We cannot see whether you play, and we share nothing with casinos, banks or payment apps.
- Visit counts. Google Analytics counts which pages are read, so we know what to update. It does not give us your name or email.
- Your messages. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply, and we do not keep it beyond 30 days.
- No selling, no ad profiles. We do not sell personal data, build advertising profiles or use retargeting tags such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags.
Who is responsible for your data
For any question about your personal data, or to use the rights below, write to us through the contact page.
What we collect and why
| What | When | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your email address, the subject and your message; your name only if you give one | When you use the contact form or email us | To reply to you | Not kept beyond 30 days |
The practice wheel and the calculators work in your browser, and they never ask for personal data.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want your Aadhaar or PAN number, bank or card details, UPI ID, phone number or any casino login. We cannot see your casino account, balance, bets or documents; for those, see what to send your casino. There are no affiliate links and no casino tracking cookies here. Please never put a password, OTP or UPI PIN in a message to us.
Who else receives data
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. A few services that run the site receive some of it on our behalf:
- Google, for Google Analytics. Google says it uses your IP address to estimate your area and to filter out spam, and then discards it. How Google handles this data is in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and blocks harmful traffic; it receives the technical request data in the table above.
- Our web host and our email provider, which store the site and the messages you send us.
Google sees visit data, not your name or email. Cloudflare handles every request to the site, including the messages you send through the contact form. They have servers in many countries, including the United States, so this data may be handled outside India. Our email provider stores the messages you send, with your email address. We would also share data if an Indian law or court required us to.
Your rights and how to use them
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives these rights from 13 May 2027. You can already ask us for any of them today:
- get a summary of the personal data we hold about you, what we do with it and who we have shared it with;
- have it corrected, completed or updated;
- have it deleted: we delete it unless a law requires us to keep it;
- withdraw your consent: we delete your message on request, and you can stop analytics as shown in our cookie policy;
- name someone to use these rights for you if you die or can no longer act for yourself;
- complain to us first if you think we handled your data wrongly; we will look into it and reply.
How to ask. Write to us on the contact page; if you wrote to us before, use that same email address. Choose "Other" as the subject and start your message with "Privacy request", for example "Privacy request: delete my message". We may ask you to confirm that the email address is yours. We usually reply within 2–3 working days. If we delete your data, we delete your request with it after we reply.
You may not need to ask: messages are not kept beyond 30 days anyway. Google Analytics data is not stored under your name or email, so we cannot find it from your email address.
From 13 May 2027, if you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. The law asks you to raise the complaint with us first.
Under 18s
This site is for adults, and betting is for adults only. If your child only visited, we have no name or contact for them: Google Analytics counted the visit without knowing who it was. We do not profile visitors or show them targeted ads. If your child wrote to us, ask us in the same way as above and we will delete the message. If you are worried about a young person and gambling, free help in India is available.
Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date below. Cookies are listed in the cookie policy; the rules for using the site are in the terms of use.
